"So, I'm picky. I bought the Bilt helmet with integrated audio and it took me 3 times to get it right, but they always made the exchange easy. I love it and I can be on the phone @ 80mph and people can't tell I'm on the bike. I've bought multiple gloves, sliders, body armor, protective gear, fluids, tires & accessories and always save money and am always happy with the value. I'm glad to have a store near me because I like to shop in person. "
"well I called the surprise store and ask about a tire got the quote asked the staff could we come in the morning the next day took tire off bike went to get it put on the said they would have to order it i feel that they should have told me this in the first place staff needs to get it together so now I will go somewhere else and do my business wouldn't recommend this place at all this should have been told to me in the first place the girl that answered was asking a guy in the office so between the two them the couldn't get it right that's sad you treat people like this so I recommend all go to the wheel shop or bobs used cycle stores that have been here for years and give quality service not this fly by night operation "
